Residential Carpet Cleaning
Our residential customers have their choice of two methods of
carpet cleaning; the “Basic” cleaning or the “Rapid Dry” cleaning.
The Pristine Basic Process (In Detail)
Step 1 Pre-Inspection
We walk through the home with you to ensure all your carpet cleaning concerns are noted.
Step 2 Light Furniture Moving
We will move the lighter chairs, coffee tables, and even light sofas,
then replace them with protective footpads after carpet cleaning.
Step 3 Spot Removal
Coffee stains are different than grease stains which are different than
blood stains, etc…Each requires a unique treatment and is included in
the price. (Urine stains and odor removal are extra)
Step 4 Pre-Spray All Carpet
We use a citrus based pre-spray which is very effective in breaking-down
soils and greases and is not harmful to people or pets. Pristine carpet
cleaning of Orange County cares about you and your family.
Step 5 Deep Steam Cleaning
We use the most powerful, truck mounted machines along with
fuel-fired heaters to ensure the carpet gets the cleaning it deserves.
• Fuel-fired heaters allow us to clean at temperatures up to 40 degrees
hotter than most other carpet cleaners. More heat means less water and
chemicals needed to clean the carpet, so your orange county carpet gets cleaner and
dries faster.
• Our Super Powerful Vacuum removes 99.9% of the moisture.

Upholstery Cleaning
How We Clean Upholstery
1. Inspect the upholstery for fiber type. What is it made of? Is it
cotton?, polyester? Nylon? Some fiber types require special handling so
it is important to know what we are dealing with from the start.
2. Inspect the upholstery for color fastness. Sometimes, with printed
fabric, the dyes can run when cleaning solution is applied. A simple
test in an inconspicuous (on the back or side) may prevent further
complications.
3. Treat all stains. Different types of stains require different
solutions. For example, a coffee stain requires different treatment from
a grease stain. Each stain is treated with whatever is appropriate for
that type of stain.
4. Pre-spray the entire sofa. This step breaks down the dirt and soils
and actually begins to clean the fabric. Care is taken not to over-spray
onto any nearby furniture, walls or wooden floors.
5. Pre-scrub the fabric to further loosen the soils
6. Hot water extraction rinse, being careful not to over-wet the
upholstery.
7.Groom the fibers for optimum drying and appearance.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
How We Clean Tile & Grout
1. Sweep to remove loose soil.
2. Pre-treat tile and grout with an alkaline detergent to break down
dirt.
3. Hand scrub tile and grout to loosen ground-in soil.
4. High pressure rinse to remove detergent and soil.
5. Acid treat tough stains if needed. Not applicable on all materials. |
