Ten Rules For Excellent Service

1. Be On Time

No one likes waiting around for the carpet cleaner to show-up. We will give you a small window for our arrival and call if we are running off schedule (early or late).

2. Stick To the Advertised Price

Many carpet cleaning companies in Orange County use a bait and switch tactic that can be very frustrating to the customer. Their technique is to “get in the door” at any cost. Then, up-sell, up-sell, up-sell. We are different. We take the “longer view”. We want customers for a life-time so we will never pressure the customer to purchase products or services they don’t want.

3. Pay Attention to Details

The first step in the cleaning engagement is to walk through the home with the customer. We ask them to point out any areas of concern. Obviously we will pay particular attention to these areas, treating them with particular care. But during the walk through we will also take note of conditions such as wood floors or breakable items that require special care. We are eager to please all Orange County residents.

4. Show Respect for the Customers Home

There’s nothing worse than having someone in your home, banging up the walls and making a mess when they are supposed to be cleaning it. We promise to make every effort to clean your carpet and tile without damaging your walls or furniture.

7. Use Only Highly Trained Technicians

8. Do A Great Job

It sounds obvious but it requires constant attention and re-commitment. We know that our customers require a great job and excellent value for their money, each and every time they hire us.

9. Use the Best Equipment

Tools matter. At Pristine of Orange County we use only truck-mounted cleaning machines. Truck-mounted means more power and more heat than any other type of cleaning. We have further modified the vacuum on all our machines

10. Do A Little Extra

Whenever possible we try to add value to our service by doing little extras, at no extra charge. Things like cleaning a small area rug or hitting a spot in another room. Just something to let our customers know we appreciate them. We won’t nickel and dime you.
